1. The tool changer of the automatic tool change system can used with our company's ultrasonic spindle.
2. If the customer originally used the machine, and would like to change to have ultrasonic processing capability, and use our company's automatic tool changer, it can also achieve this goal.
3. The original spindle on the customer's machine can be modified by our company, and with our ultrasonic tool for automatic tool change,the original machine can be turned into an ultrasonic machine that can automatically change the tool.
4. The ultrasonic parameters required by the customer's original machine control system will also be attached to the customer, and customer can add the set parameters to make the machine work normally.
5.The ultrasonic tool for automatic tool change ( AUTH ) must be used in conjunction with the ultrasonic spindle of our automatic tool changer ( AUSP ) to perform the ultrasonic function.The old spindle needs to be modified into an ultrasonic spindle to perform the ultrasonic function.
Precision machining can only be performed when the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave is stable.
