Using ultrasonic tools,the product is processed continuoussly for one week ,
and the temperature of the ultrasonic tool ( or ultrasonic source and surrounding conductive metal ) is < 30 oC.
Customer Notice :
Ultrasonic processing frequency is currently in the range of 16K ~ 40K t/s, and the material that customers need to process soft and hard,tool type, tool feed speed and depth, working enviroment temperature, humidity and other factors will affect the processing results.The most important is the frequency design of the ultrasonic tool.
When ordering an ultrasonic device, we will ask the customer to provide the processed tool and how to process it, so that we will set the frequency of the ultrasonic tool when we make the ultrasonic device.
Customers are more likely to find their own ultrasonic processing frequency and amplitude when processing products.
